All exercise and nutrition programs are carefully designed and delivered by Dr. Zac Rostron PhD, with constant guidance, recommendations and contact to ensure appropriate progression and/or regression where required in order to put you in the best possible position to achieve your desired goals.
Dr. Rostron is an Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a background in human functional anatomy, movement and performance. In 2022 he completed his PhD in Sports Medicine, with multiple publications on his primary research focus, the effect of resistance-based exercise in people with Hip Osteoarthritis.
